About Us

As a family we have over 100 years experience in the motor industry. During this time we have had the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in all aspects of aftersales care and believe that we fully understand how to look after our customers needs.

 

Our background is working within main dealer franchises, this provided us with direct and unlimited access to manufacturer technical and specialist training on which we have built our expert knowledge. To ensure we deliver the ultimate customer experience we use this technical strength linked with clear and focused customer care ethics to ensure the very best customer service.  Recent years appear to have changed main dealer customer service and their values, everything now is target and budget driven and we now feel that customers are no longer receiving the service level or value for money they should expect.

 

By their nature and structure franchise main dealer workshops have a wide range of ability, technical knowledge and experience within their team, this means you will not always know who is working on your vehicle or what their level of experience and technical ability is.  We believe, as a customer you should have the opportunity and ability to meet and speak to the technician who carries out the work on your vehicle, only this level of personal service can give you the peace of mind and confidence that you can trust the work carried out.

As 2021 brought yet more increases in service and repair costs we realised that we could provide a more personal and cost effective level of service to BMW and MINI owners, that’s why we decided to create our own independent specialist service and repair centre, Ultimate BM.  We believe that we have the technical expertise and experience to become the ultimate alternative to your main dealer.

Owner - Master Technician

I joined the BMW apprenticeship program in 2002, straight from school.  I qualified as a technician three years later and Senior Technician two years after that.  Then in 2011 I qualified as a BMW Master Technician, one of the youngest in the country to achieve this.  Since then I have had to pass the latest Master Technician Assessment every three years to retain such status.

I enjoy every part of being a technician and I have been lucky enough to progress in every area possible.  I am qualified in FGAS, High Voltage Level 4, M Power Certified and a Digital Services Expert.

I feel very privileged to be able to use this knowledge and experience and help people service and maintain their cars at an affordable level.

Brian Cusick

I entered the industry as an apprentice vehicle technician and qualified up to Senior Technician level.  I then chose to become more customer focused and moved across to a Service Advisor position.  As my skills and experience developed I was able to progress into supervisory roles and into management. 

Over the last 21 years I have held the position of Service manager, Aftersales Manager and General Manager with some of the best known prestige German manufacturers.  I have received accreditations within the VAG Group and also lead a team to achieving the Mercedes-Benz Aftersales of the year award.  I have a real passion for the motor industry and enjoy delivering an exceptional customer service experience through clear and transparent communication with my customers.
